Accessibility Policy
At Your Suggested™, we are committed to ensuring that our website and all related brand experiences, including Paint Your Palette™, Puzzle Ad Genius™, and Your Suggested Nail Palette™ are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by accessibility experts and ADA enforcement.
Because our products include art-heavy layouts, illustrations, and visual puzzle content, we take special steps to improve accessibility:
Image & Artwork Accessibility
- Meaningful images, such as illustrations and puzzle components, include descriptive alternative text.
- Visual puzzle layouts (such as Sudoku grids) may include text equivalents, description metadata, or alternative formats where feasible.
Color & Visual Design
We work to maintain adequate color contrast for readability across all brands.
Content never relies on color alone to convey meaning.
Consistency Across Brands
All sub‑brands under Your Suggested™ follow the same accessibility standards, including navigation structure, heading hierarchy, and labeling, to support predictable browsing for users with cognitive or visual disabilities.
Assistive Technology Support
We aim to ensure compatibility with:
- Screen readers
- Keyboard navigation
- Text-resizing tools
- Other assistive technologies
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct periodic audits, review new accessibility guidelines, and update our content and interface as necessary.
If you experience any difficulty using our website or have suggestions for improvement, we welcome your feedback. Complete the form below or contact us directly at orders@yoursuggestedbrand.com.
We will make every effort to address your concerns as quickly as possible.
Below are the current known accessibility limitations of our website and product experience. We list these to maintain transparency and to help users understand areas that are still being improved:
1. Complex Visual Puzzle Content
Some puzzle layouts (such as Sudoku grids and illustrated puzzle pages) are highly visual and may not be fully interpretable by screen readers or non‑visual browsing tools.
We provide text-based descriptions where feasible, but full interactive puzzle accessibility is a work in progress.
2. Text Embedded Inside Images
Certain artwork, titles, labels, or decorative elements may include text inside images.
While we work to provide alternative text, some text‑within‑image elements may not yet be fully described.
3. Artwork With Intricate Detail
Some illustrations include fine lines or artistic textures that may be difficult to describe comprehensively using alternative text.
We aim to provide meaningful descriptions but cannot always convey full artistic detail through text alone.
4. Color‑Based Aesthetic Designs
Although we avoid using color as the sole means of conveying information, some brand designs include colorful backdrops or stylized palettes.
Contrast levels are being improved across older artwork and legacy content.
5. Third‑Party Tools and Integrations
Certain website functions, such as embedded forms, plug‑ins, translation tools, or e‑commerce widgets, may rely on third‑party code.
Accessibility of these components may vary, but we monitor and adjust them when possible.
6. Keyboard Navigation on Decorative Sections
Decorative or highly stylized page layouts (especially on branded themed pages) may sometimes create unexpected keyboard focus paths.
We are reviewing and refining these interactions.
7. Compatibility Across Assistive Technologies
While we aim for compatibility with major screen readers, text‑resizers, and keyboard navigation tools, some assistive technologies may interpret complex visual content differently.
We continue testing across devices and platforms, and addressing areas of concern.
